Veganise.it is operated by Damian (operating as veganise.it), a solo project dedicated to making plant-based living more accessible. You can contact us at: hello@veganise.it

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only your email address when you sign up for our waitlist. No other personal data is collected, stored, or processed through this website.

3. Why We Collect It

Your email address is collected solely for the purpose of:

  • Notifying you when Veganise.it launches
  • Providing early access to the beta, as promised

We will not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond the above without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

The legal basis for processing your email address is your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you provide by submitting the waitlist form.

5. Data Retention

Your email address will be retained until Veganise.it launches, plus a maximum of 30 days thereafter. After that, it will be permanently deleted — unless you have created an account, in which case separate account terms will apply. You may also request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your email may be stored using Resend (a transactional email service) solely as infrastructure for managing the waitlist. Resend acts as a data processor under GDPR.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data at any time
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@veganise.it and we will respond within 72 hours.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Only essential session-related browser storage may be used for functional purposes (e.g. preventing duplicate form submissions).

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify waitlist members by email.
